Evaluate email marketing – stop getting caught as spam!?
Hi! My company sends out email blasts on a regular basis to an existing client base. We do these internally, though we plan to move to a service, we have to make do for a while. The blasts keep getting caught in spam filters. Is there a tool "out there" that we could send a test email to that would evaluate our communication and point out the "red flags?"
The blasts are going out via Outlook, unfortunately. We plan to move to a service, but lack the budget as yet to make the move.

Spam filters are very intelligent these days. What platform are you using to send them out? Mail merges from Outlook get counted as spam more often. Also, the spam filters see the domain you’re sending from (yourdomain.com) and if emails sent from jane.doe@yourdomain.com have been flagged as spam too many times, other spam filters will pick it up automatically. Try an email service that uses their own domains; constantcontact.com, treehousei.com.
